Discover Card, MasterCard, Visa, Check or Cash accepted. Checks require a minimum stay of 30 nights. If a check is returned the customer will be responsible for a $25 Non-Sufficient Fund Fee.

RESERVATIONS ARE BASED ON YOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT DATES. NO PRO-RATIONS OF MONTHLY RATES.
THE ENTIRE PAYMENT IS DUE UPON CHECK-IN.

A late or missed arrival date without notifying the office will result in payment of the nightly site rate for days missed. After 5 days of the missed arrival date, if the office has still not received notification of a late arrival the reservation will be cancelled as a “No Show” and any deposit on the reservation will be forfeited.

Deposits & Cancellations

A credit card must be left on file in lieu of an electric deposit for metered sites, and will be required upon check in, as well as a $.22 per day Meter Maintenance Fee for the length of your stay. The credit card will be used towards the last 30 days or portion thereof of your stay. Meter readings will be taken the day before your departure and any balance / or refund will be due on the day before your departure. For stays of 29 nights or less a deposit of $150 or full payment is required. For stays of 30 nights or longer a $300 deposit is required. No refunds will be given from November 15th to May 1st except for documented medical reasons and death of immediate family members. For medical reasons this documentation must come from your doctor or other certified personnel and must clearly state facility’s contact information. Immediate family is defined by the Master Association as father, mother, spouse, children or grandparents. Cancellations, due to a death in family also requires documentation in the form of either a copy of death certificate or a copy of obituary as printed in newspaper. All documentation must be received within 30 days of your cancellation to receive your refund. If the request is not received within the 30 day period along with the documentation your entire deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations, due to weather, are not considered for refunds. If you are delayed due to weather you may receive a credit for days missed to be applied to extend your reservation or to be to be applied to a future reservation. No change fee will apply to weather delays. Shortening your stay by seven nights or more will result in the forfeiture of the $300 deposit. The $25 handling fee will also apply to any changes in your reservation after the original is made, except for extensions.

Pro-Rated Nights & Early Departures

Rates and discounts are based on actual nights in the park and will NOT be prorated to a monthly rate. And if your stay is terminated, the cost is retroactive to full cost or cost prior to discount rate in accordance with the rate tables.

Non-Compliance

Non-compliance with Tamiami RV Park Rules and Regulations found on the back of our brochure will be cause for immediate removal from the RV Park under FL Statute 513. If you have paid in advance, you may receive a refund and you will be immediately removed without prior notice. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Confirmation

If your stay is less than 90 nights please contact the Tamiami RV Park Office to confirm your assigned site number. You must confirm before contracting for telephone and/or cable TV installation or to have your mail delivery started.

Storage

The Tamiami Storage Yard is available for use to our Village residents, their guests, current RV customers and long term returning RV customers. The price is $1.25, $1.50 or $1.75 per day plus tax, depending on the length of the unit, with a 5% discount rate for 180 days or more. Management has the right to reassign the unit in storage to a different site, or be moved upon request of management for mowing purposes. Proof of registration, proof of current insurance, photo I.D. and the unit’s license tag number are required at time of reservation. The storage area is a locked restricted facility and must remain locked at all times. A storage key is available to customers with a $20 refundable deposit. State of Florida requires current Lease Agreements and a copy of proof of insurance for all insurable vehicles to be stored in Storage areas. Damage caused to or by an uninsured vehicle is the sole responsibility of the uninsured vehicle’s owner. All units parked/stored within the Tamiami Village Storage area is done at the sole risk of the vehicle’s owner. The Tamiami Master Association is not liable for damage done to insured/uninsured vehicles stored in the storage area. Any extensions to the current contracts must coincide with a new lease agreement and current insurance. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
The following schedule applies if you require any of these services:
• $50.00 Move into and out of Storage Area (Move Only)
• $25.00 Move one time

Rules & Regulations

  • Facilities in the Park may only be used by registered paying residents and guests.

  • Trash should be placed in plastic bags at edge of road by 8 a.m. for Mon. – Sat. pick up. Please do NOT place garbage out the night before. No refuse in restrooms or laundry waste baskets.
  • Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Only the restrooms will be available after 10 p.m.
  • Pets: Only two pets per unit. All pets must be registered with the office. A current copy of their license and proof of vaccinations are due at check-in. Pets must not be left unattended and must be leashed when outside. Excessive barking will be cause for removal of pet from park. Clean up after you pets. Your pet is allowed only on your lot and not the neighbors, public areas or facilities. Breeds on “Vicious Breed List” will require Management permission prior to confirmation.

  • Speed Limit: In the Park we drive slowly … only 15 m.p.h.

  • Children 16 years and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult when using any facility.

  • RV Units: Only self-contained units are permitted.

  • Parking: No parking is allowed in the street, on unoccupied sites or on the concrete slabs.

  • Laundry: Only umbrella style clothes lines are allowed.

  • No firearms, fireworks, or open fires are permitted in our Park.

  • Neatness of Lot: Items stored outside must be stored under the RV or under the awning in a neat manner. Flower beds must be weeded by the tenant. Upon leaving the beds must be emptied or someone hired to care for them. No permanent structures are permitted (i.e. walls). Those already in place must be repaired at owner’s expense.

  • Golf Carts: Operators must be 16 years of age or older. Persons owning golf carts will be held responsible for causing any personal injury or property damage. Operators must obey the rules of the road, have lights mounted in the front and back, and MUST be registered at the office.

  • Units Moving In: Any unit moving into park cannot be more than 10 years old. All travel trailers and park models must be tied-down and skirted within 30 days of arrival. Tie down work must be done within State and Local guidelines.

  • Sewer hoses must have rubber collar and supports.

  • Damage responsibility of residents: $75 water line, $200 electric meter.

  • U.S. Mail is delivered to the mailroom during regularly scheduled office hours. If the office is closed on Saturdays mail will not be delivered on Saturdays.
